Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags (if applicable) still attached.
Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Final Sale notices will always be listed clearly on the product page.
Pre-sale and custom items are not eligible for refunds.
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@shopbanneryear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send you return instructions if eligible.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear after processing.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Pre-sale items are made just for you! Shipping begins 2–3 weeks after the drop closes.
Because of the nature of pre-sales and limited releases, all pre-sale purchases are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
