Absolutely! Our site uses secure, encrypted payment processing to protect your data. We never store your payment information, and all transactions are processed through trusted platforms like PayPal and Stripe.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. If it's fast, secure, and easy — we’re here for it.
For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-demand times (like playoffs or major drops), it might take a little longer — but if there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you posted via email.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping (USPS Priority Mail) usually takes 2–3 business days.
For preorder items, shipping begins 2–3 weeks after the drop ends. Estimated timelines are always shared on the product and drop pages, and we’ll email you as soon as your order is on the move.
Pre-sale items are made to order—so you’re buying in during the drop window, and your shirt gets printed and shipped after the sale ends. We’ll always share estimated shipping timelines on the product and drop pages.
In-stock items, on the other hand, are ready to ship within a few days of your order.
Either way, we’ll keep you posted every step of the way—and you’ll always get tracking when your order is on the move.
We keep it as simple (and fair) as possible. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and your location, using discounted USPS rates. For most U.S. orders, a single shirt ships for around $5–6 with Standard Shipping.
Spend $80+ (two or more shirts) and shipping is on us — free.
Need it quicker? Choose Expedited Shipping at checkout if it’s available.
Future drops may vary, but we’ll always be upfront about costs.
Yep! For our first drop, shipping is free when you order two or more shirts.
If you’re just picking up one, it’s a flat $7.99—but that second shirt? It basically saves you the shipping cost. Future drops may come with different shipping promos, so keep an eye out.
Yes—we offer Route Package Protection at checkout for a small fee. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Route makes it easy to file a claim and get a replacement or refund. We recommend selecting it for peace of mind.
We accept returns on in-stock items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, just email us at support@shopbanneryear.com.

If your item is eligible for return (in-stock, unworn, unwashed, and not marked final sale), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Pre-sale, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
For all eligible returns, you’ll get a refund for the item price, minus any shipping fees. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Heads up: Some items are Final Sale and can't be returned or refunded. We'll always call it out clearly in the product description so there are no surprises.

Comfort Colors 1717 tees are pre-shrunk, so you shouldn't see major shrinkage—but like most 100% cotton shirts, they may tighten up slightly if you toss them in a hot dryer.
To keep the fit and color looking fresh, we recommend washing cold and drying on low or hang-drying. It’s not required, but your shirt will thank you.

If you're ordering during a pre-sale, you can cancel or update your order anytime before the drop closes. After that, all orders are considered final—even if you're feeling salty about the sweepstakes (we get it).
For in-stock items, cancellations are allowed within 4 hours of placing your order.

No—all gift card purchases are final sale. They never expire, and they can be used on any future drops, so they’re always a good play.
