This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Banner Year, PO Box 315, Roxbury, NY 12474 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Banner Year, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on April 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on August 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

You may enter in either of the following ways during the Promotion Period:

a. Purchase Method

Automatically receive one (1) entry for each eligible shirt purchased at https://shopbanneryear.com during the Promotion Period. For example, purchasing three (3) eligible shirts in one order will result in three (3) entries.

b. Free Mail-In Method

To enter without making a purchase, mail a 3” x 5” postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and a handwritten note stating: “I would like to enter the Banner Year Jersey Sweepstakes and receive one (1) entry” to:

Each eligible postcard submitted counts as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 26, 2026 and received by August 30, 2026 to be eligible.

No mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or automated entries will be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) official WNBA jersey of the winner’s choice, subject to availability.

The winner may select a WNBA jersey based on available team, player, size, color, and retailer inventory at the time of fulfillment. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to provide the winner’s preferred jersey selection, but exact style, player, size, or color is not guaranteed.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $150.00.

Actual retail value may vary depending on the jersey selected. No compensation or cash payment will be made for any difference between the stated ARV and actual value.

6. Prize Delivery and Terms

The prize will be purchased and shipped by Sponsor after winner verification and confirmation of the winner’s requested jersey selection. Sponsor is not responsible for retailer stock shortages, discontinued products, shipping delays, or carrier issues.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Banner Year on or about September 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt to confirm eligibility and claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Publicity

By entering, you agree, except where prohibited by law, that Sponsor may use your name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or undeliverable entries or communications, or for any technical, hardware, software, platform, network, or transmission failures of any kind.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
