1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Banner Year, PO Box 315, Roxbury, NY 12474.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Banner Year and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on August 1, 2025 and ends at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on August 20, 2025.

4. How to Enter

You may enter in any of the following ways:

a. Purchase Method: Automatically receive one (1) entry for each t-shirt purchased at https://shopbanneryear.com during the Promotion Period. For example, purchasing three (3) shirts in one order equals three (3) entries.

b. Referral Reward Shirt Redemption Method: Receive one (1) entry for every free t-shirt redeemed through the Booster Club Rewards Program by using referral points earned from referring five (5) qualified friends during the Promotion Period. To qualify for an entry, the free shirt must be redeemed and the order placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on August 20, 2025.

c. Free Mail-In Method: To enter without making a purchase, mail a 3”x5” postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and a handwritten note stating “I would like to enter the Banner Year Sweepstakes and receive one (1) entry” to:

Each postcard submitted counts as one (1) entry. Limit one mail-in entry per person per day. Postcards must be postmarked by August 16, 2025 and received by August 20, 2025.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) Sideline Courtside Tickets (Row BB) to the New York Liberty vs. Connecticut Sun WNBA game on August 25, 2025 at 7:00 PM ET, held at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY.
  
  

Each ticket includes:

• Access to private VIP entrance
  
  
• Early entry to the arena starting 2 hours before tip-off
  
  
• Access to the Qatar Lounge (before and during the game), with unlimited water and soft drinks and complimentary food. (Note: Food service hours may vary. Guests are encouraged to confirm closing time with game day staff.)
  
  
• Access to the Crown Club (before, during, and after the game), with unlimited water and soft drinks and complimentary food.
  
  
• A reserved dinner table for two (2) at the Crown Club, 75 minutes before tip-off
  
  

Alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, mocktails, and other premium beverages are available for purchase at private bars in both clubs.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $226.00 total (based on the listed face value of $113 per ticket). Actual market value may vary. No compensation will be provided for any difference between actual and stated value.

6. Prize Delivery and Terms

The tickets will be delivered to the winner via Ticketmaster transfer no later than 2:00 PM ET on game day (August 25, 2025). The winner is responsible for accepting the ticket transfer into their own Ticketmaster account before tip-off. If the winner fails to accept the transfer in time, the tickets may become void, and no alternate prize or compensation will be provided.

The prize may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other goods. Any attempt to resell or transfer tickets may result in cancellation of the prize at the discretion of the sponsor.

Winner is solely responsible for all travel, lodging, transportation, parking, or other expenses related to attending the event.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Banner Year on or about August 21, 2025, from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Winner will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

By entering, you agree (except where prohibited) to allow Banner Year to use your name, likeness, and city/state in promotional materials and announcements without additional compensation.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Banner Year’s Privacy Policy, available at https://shopbanneryear.com/pages/private-policy.

10. General Conditions

Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Banner Year reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs its integrity. Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the operation of the Promotion may be a violation of law and result in disqualification.

11. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
